When will my order ship?

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your details. Your order is then carefully prepared and handed over to the courier within 3–7 business days. When your parcel is on its way, we’ll share your tracking details via SMS to the phone number you provided.

 

Can I return my order if I don’t love it?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason needed. To start the return, simply email us at info@gufeeling.com with a short message and your order details.

After we receive your request, we’ll send you a return shipping code. Using this code, you can send the item back to us with our partner courier at no additional cost.

Once your return arrives, we’ll complete the necessary checks and issue your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used at checkout. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
